Under Pressure stats are very inconsistent year to year. Reading anything into Passing Under Pressure stats directly is a fools game. Goff, like most QBs, is worse under pressure. He will likely regress back to his -30 Rating of 2017 in 2019 with 2018 being a high outlier.
Also, Goff's clean pocket rating is likely higher than it should be given 36% of his passes are play action. Also,think of all the plays where Goff has his back to the defense faking a run play...Goff threw one INT under pressure in 183 dropbacks. I'll take that.
