I'm not against the idea of extending Peters per se, but as of July 1st I would simply have him 3rd in line behind Johnson and Kupp as far as extensions. If the Rams can only extend two of those three guys I'm going with Johnson and Kupp. Peters has to show more. Maybe he will. Just my opinion...
I think the defense will improve but #1 or even top 5 is a tall order... I'm more about points differential than anything and after being +149 and +143 the past two years (two of their 10 best seasons ever) I'd like to see 150+. Now if that means they score 50 fewer points than a year ago while giving up 60 fewer, great.
I agree about Goff. I'd love to see his QB rating continue to rise but the only way he has 5,200+ yards and 600+ attempts is if they're terrible on defense.
