Run defensePut simply, the Rams’ run defense was bad last season. They ranked dead last in yards per carry allowed (5.1) and 23rd in yards against, showing just how easy it was for teams to run against the Rams. That wasn’t the case in the postseason, which gives reason for optimism heading into 2019.
