I went back and looked at all 10 OTA reports and noted whenever one of the LBs was mentioned. Overall, a LB was mentioned a total of 6 times in those 100 line items (10 observations for each of the 10 OTAs).
As expected, Obo was not mentioned. Neither were Allen, Carraway, Durham, Ebukam, Hager, K. Kupp, Lawler, Patrick, Reeder, or Young.
Fowler was high man with 3 mentions: in the first report it said he was not in attendance, in both the 3rd and 5th report it said he was in attendance.
In the first report it was noted that Matthews' versatility stood out and that Kiser was working with the first team defense next to Littleton: those were the other three mentions (Matthews, Kiser, and Littleton).
So you can make what you want out of Obo not being mentioned in the OTA reports: to me it doesn't seem significant.
