Weddle could be a coach yes but due to his glib nature I'd enjoy seeing him in the broadcast booth.

Aneas Williams also would have been a great coach but he was called to the Church

I still wish we had more speed at safety because of the pressure it puts on the corners and how it probably effects dialing up too much press coverage out there.
We are susceptible to being burned by deep throws , side line fades in red zone ,,, are a lot more dangerous when safeties,,,, or only one can help beyond a certain distance .

Littleton fortunately is a factor in coverage also .


I do expect between Weddle and Rapp , and Littleton,,, the middle zones , most Intermediate passes will be shut down very well .

Johnson will be running around at level behind that and absolutely has to diagnose just as well as Weddle who I hope can show burst downfield when needed.

I think our new Michigan Corner would also make a decent safety in a pinch or might have responcibilty deep zone .
That's how id play it..
