He makes everyone else better...I agree.
But he is also a different type of receiver. He will see fewer targets based on the offense we run. Woods and Kupp are not the deep threats Cooks is. And, his hands are as good as the others.
And, with Kupp coming off an ACL, I think he plays an even more important role.
He also seems to be the only receiver who can go over the middle downfield. I think Woods gets some looks there but not many.
I don't know if we do have a true best receiver. If I vote, it would be Woods...Woods sees more targets...unfortunately, Woods doesn't find the end zone much. But I'm not putting Kupp over Cooks at this time.
