They may be running Joseph-Day as the "starter" at NT in OTAs but likely that is purely because he has been in the system a year. I don't think anyone has an inside track to that starting spot. And it very well may be by committee in the end. Heck, Brockers could still get some work there come fall.
When we see who's running with the 1s in week 3 of preseason that will probably tell us more.

Heck, I think that the entire DL beyond AD and Brockers is kinda wide open, for that matter. Starter and rotational pecking order. Might take all summer and preseason games to sort it out. Nice “problem” to have, huh?
Actually, I think that there will be fierce battles at edge and ILB as well before all is said and done.
And I predict that both Rapp and Long are gonna look so good that Wade will find ways to get them on the field in special schemes.
This might be a swarming and unpredictable D this year. Like AD said, it’s gonna be “special”. So many very talented players at every level...
