Dak won't be under market. The market for a starting qb's 2nd contract in 2019 is more than 28 M. That's because it was around 28 M
last year...and it always goes up. An offer for anything substantially less means the team does not have confidence in him.
Honestly, NFL 2nd contracts don;t work by slotting players according to their relative perceived effectiveness. The market don't work like that.
