People are certainly entitled to their opinion, but to say he "fell apart" last year is a bit dramatic.
As others have stated he was in his third year and had some very rough games (CHI, the S
, but he is trending up. Look at Big Ben's stats from the Steelers first SB with him over SEA (9/21/123 yds, 0 TD, 2 INT, 22.6 QB rating). If they do not get a team effort (75 yard trick pass TD from a WR, great D shutting down SEA's O) his legacy is not the same. All I am writing is Goff is the Rams QB and yes he has more to prove, but his performance over the past two years is very, very good.
How quickly some forget the 13-0 comeback in the NFC Championship Game in the one of the noisiest stadiums ever where he played, very, very well and controlled the huddle. He ran into the best defensive coordinator ever in the SB.
I think more patience is needed...
