That’s a fine list, 93.
But I’ve got a hard time leaving the following moves off of a Top 5 list:
In no particular order...
The Clay Matthews signing. Enormous improvement at 2 possible positions giving Wade tremendous flexibility. Then there’s the leadership boost. This signing instantly gave the Ram D a big uptick and at a very affordable cost, I might add.
The David Long pick. I see a future starter here, probably in ‘20, which gives the Rams the ability to allow a Peters or Talib departure next year. Will see snaps this year in packages plus giving the Rams great injury insurance immediately. Huge value, IMO.
Trading up to get Greg Gaines in the 4th. Looks like a probable rookie starter. Doesn’t get much better than that in a hierarchy of offseason moves.
The Henderson trade up. Both Snead and McVay REALLY wanted this kid. I see many snaps and explosive plays from this guy in this, his rookie year. And the value of his Gurley injury insurance is incalculable.
Geez...
There were so many other smooth moves, as well.
Rams have had a helluva offseason, huh? And they may have a tweak or two still to come. Lol.
