Anyone can post articles here, but there is a standard that needs to be maintained for those who choose to do so....and that means avoiding duplicate posts.
Occasionally everyone who posts articles will post something that's already been posted....but you've had multiple duplicate posts in the last few days.
So my suggestion would be to slow down and check first before posting a new article.
That's what I try to do.
Simple procedure. Use search first before posting an article. The best way to use search is to pick a word from the article that would yield a good search. I pick something from early in the article. In this case the writer's name---"Dubin." Odds are not a lot of posts will show up in that particular search,
OR just find the most recent RamBill post, hit the name, then hit
[ Show all posts ]...and chances are you will see if he has posted it. (I;m pretty sure that's what RamBill does....).
