I agree...and I think it's Benoit thot it odd, Weddle isn't sharing....

which is kinda the first I EVER heard a player say that while on his new team. It's unusual, but I don't mind it at all. Guys move from team to team all the time and so coaches are ready for scheme/signal changes every year to offset any help/insight a former player might provide. I think it's kinda honorable, myself.

I sure would appreciate the gesture if he went to the 49ers after being with the Rams!!! lol

coaches don't need to cheat...they're big boys who can devise new schemes to beat teams all by themselves...this topic is kinda a non-starter for me personally....other than never hearing of a player having that type of honor & loyalty before. I think it's a cool story and gives insight to Weddle as a person.
I sure would love to play with a guy like that in my huddle!!!
