I like this plan better:
Two PS games, one home and one away.
Schedule 2 or more scrimmages during the summer camp time period. Rams are already doing this.
Make the regular season 18 games in length, but with 2 byes for each team starting no sooner than week 4 and ending no later than week 14.
Increase rosters to 63 players and make all active on game day.
Relax the current excessive restrictions on practice frequency while continuing to restrict the padded portions.
Pretty simple, really.
