Alyo I agree with that. It is beautiful that the GM and Coach are totally in sync with every roster decision that is made. I just saw where the Jets fired their GM and the main reason is that the GM/Coach relationship was not good and it was the GM who hired the coach. I also remember the disaster we had with the front office in St. Louis and Marts and Jay Z. butting heads and doing a terrible job in building the roster.

Also it gets me pumped for Henderson.
