Blinkscout 2019 draft list ... OT

If I am sure a guy cannot play outside, he will not be on this list …

This is a tough position and sometimes strength is needed and a redshirt year can make a player more valuable. For the record I had Noteboom in the back end of the 3-4 range … so I try to account for redshirt years as well as possible … but anyone after the top 2 rounds I am not assuming will ever start in the league. OT is a tough position … and is always welcoming new talent for backup situations … but it's one of the toughest positions to break into a starting job.
