Excellent read, thank you! I am really concerned about drafting Tillery though. He has so many red flags I think he would be a big risk for a 1st rounder. He certainly has the physical skills and a high ceiling. Very smart, graduated with a Business degree in his Jr. year. However this would be a major dice toss considering his attitude (was not well liked by teammates), his torn labrum (had surgery on March 6, won't be cleared to practice until July), was known as a bit of a party animal in school, ran hot and cold in games (inconsistent) and seems to have some emotional issues both on and off the field. He also skipped the Senior Bowl that I assume was due to his injury (he played 6 games after the injury) although he went to the Combine before the surgery too.
Anyway, he makes me a bit uncomfortable with all these flags. Trusting the Rams to turn him around is admirable but I'm not convinced he's a "we not me" kind of player.
