But an argument can be made that the Rams don't even have the players to manufacture a pass rush with. Otherwise they would have done it. Wade's capable of that. In fact in 2017, he did do that to a large extent--out of a group that included Tree, Barron, Brockers, Barwin, Quinn, Littleton, Longacre, Ebukam, Fox, and Westbrooks, they drummed up 36 sacks.
Counting all DL and LB sacks from 2018 and subtracting Donald, they got only 19 sacks.
And three of the returning players had surgery: Fox, Obo, and Ebukam.
I think they could use some productive bodies.
And I agree with you that they need to draft at least one viable CB.
