No doubt Rodgers is a handful. And he is the Alpha.
So to ask a rookie HC to handle him is tough, especially when that rookie HC is the OC and determined to call the plays. LeFleur left the Rams a couple of years ago because as OC he didn't get to call the plays.

So clearly for LeFleur calling the plays is a very big deal to him. I imagine Rodgers will test him. But.... if LeFleur calls good plays it'll probably all work out. If the Packers win, it'll all work out. But if things don't go well? Katie bar the door.
