I think some combination of all of those will get significant snaps this year. Fowler being an 8+ sacks guy would be a tremendous boost. But I still believe it is about the group as a whole. I have posted before about how the Rams went from 23.5 sacks off the edge in 2017 to 6 last year. It is far and away defensively where they need to see the biggest improvement in 2019.
