I highly doubt that.
First, teams don't give up that quickly when it comes to high-drafted young qbs.
Second, Goff's whole career consists of regrouping and improving and chances are the Rams know that so would not dump picks for someone else
Third, under no conditions or circumstances would Seattle trade Wilson within the division
Fourth, even if all the above were not true (and it is all true), and for some way too strange to imagine reason Seattle (a) would trade Wilson, (b) would trade him to the Rams, and (c) the Rams would be interested, STILL, there is no way the Rams could cover the cap with Wilson on the roster. They would have to cut multiple high-contract players to even attempt it.
