Is there a player that makes a big impact on this team ,this year? Rams are not trading up top 15, so take BPA at 31 or trade down if someone comes calling for a QB and 5th year.

Giants could very well want a QB and might want to jump ahead of NE(who could take one at 32 with having 12 picks this year).
