Kupp
you bet. no action for the kid
just curious do they feel he's coming along well enough to avoid competition for slot time, and how that plays as they walk to the draft
I really liked Hodge
And he got significant time playing specials
Hodge ought to be among the primaries all preseason. He would be an extra season into the pro life, and if it works out, he'd be a stellar steal.
He did see active snaps. His upside remains fun to ponder.
and what of mothballed Michael Thomas?
Groin surgery. Has had the whole season to recuperate. He has been a good egg on specials, however he's not exactly relief for me. He's got a handful of catches, missed the entirety of 17; lost 4 games on suspension in 16. He'll have to have some kind of preseason to find his way back on to the active roster.
Feel he's a duplicate of Josh Reynolds.
Proehl kid is on the roster, but he'll need to have a superb camp to elevate his way to the field.
Which brings me back to the strength and conditioning / classroom work starting next week
Did anyone miss a beat here? And does that relate to the draft at all? That goes for the RB room, too.
You know Hodge was an on-field success story. Not sure what might have happened on practice fields, but he absolutely wow'd me with his big play in big moments. Look forward to seeing him and Bortles work this summer.
