Would anyone deny that he's a pretty good source?
About himself? Do you expect a complete and honest self-appraisal? That's a fair question. I take him as offering his own side of the issue. I don't know yet where that will take us.
Oh and btw "Bleacher Report" did not write the other version, a particular reporter did, and he relies on insiders and their info. It's their word against his word. But it;s NOT "Bleacher's Report" v. "Rodgers." That's a false way to frame the issues all this raises.
And the story that was told is this--that there were tensions between McCarthy and Rodgers that had an effect on the team.
How true that is, to what extent that is true, the ways in which that is true? ---Yeah I would toss both versions in together and sort them out.
What I personally am
not going to do is pretend that we can say in advance which sources (the ones on one side, v. Rodgers) are the ones to believe and which ones aren't. That's not a real effort to come to grips with the story. It's not resolved by trying to use ad hominem arguments.
