2 reasons

Dexter Lawrence might be available at #31 because ...

1.) He'll be a 3-4 nose tackle in the NFL so there are limited number of teams where he would be a fit.

2.) Because this is a deep draft for DL a team might pass on Lawrence and pick a player at a different position with the same draft grade, thinking that they can still get a quality DL later in the draft where that wouldn't be true for the other position.
