We're using your criteria here - gotta win one game.
But the assumption I'm making is that you're talking about these QB's as they are RIGHT NOW, not as they have been at some time in their past.
Brady - No argument
Mahomes - One game, right? They did that. Head to head, and they both put up lots of scores, but one threw ints at the end, and one threw dimes. Goff won.
Brees - He had everything going for him in the Superdome with the home field and THE MOST hostile environment ever, and Goff still outplayed him.
Wilson - agree
Rodgers - agree, but Goff did win when they played this year. Rodgers wasn't slam dunk then, or later in the season when he had chances to win games.
Stafford - yes? - NO!
Big Ben - Big game experience and savvy says "I agree"
Rivers - Again, head to head Goff won, so there's another "one game" you would lose. I don't get it.
Andrew Luck - Goff had a poor Superbowl. Luck had a horrible playoff game before he even got that close. How is that better?
Nick Foles - SMH. Nice run at the end of 2017. But 2018, he only beat Chi because their offense was worse, and Jeffery catches jump balls. Then he lost.
Carson Wentz - is he available? Agree emphatically with this in 2017, but a mediocre 2018, maybe because of the injury. I'll say "agree", but it's close.
Matt Ryan - Yeah, experience, so agree.
Because of the way the season closed out for Goff, he'll have to start all over again proving himself to some people.
I understand that.
