I agree that there are many “needs” that must be addressed via draft, Dead.
But a starting edge opposite Fowler is Job One.
Doesn’t mean that it has to be our pick at #31 if a better player falls. But it better be by our final pick of the 3rd round. We can get just so much mileage out of 2nd tier players at edge this season, IMO. And Wade’s D really depends on strong edge play.
In fact, I found it telling that Fowler seemed to be their very highest priority in FA. Seems clear that the Rams saw the need(s) at Edge early on.
Some combo of BPA’s that included OL, DL, and Edge included in our first 3 picks sounds perfect to me.
All of your other position suggestions sound like excellent players for immediate depth and for development into future starters.
