Well with the way his money from the Jags, any money he earned offset their responsibility , so not sure how much he could have gotten from any team.
So say some team was offering 5/6 million , it really isn't that for him because it lowers the money he was already going to get. Think he liked the idea of being
with McVay and also Goff. So unless someone was offering 7M or more for more years ,he was okay to play for his 6.5 and hopefully get GMs to think maybe
he could fix some of his flaws in his mechanics with McVays help and land another good contract and possibly a starting job.
