Mannion is an UFA.
IMHO........I get Blake Bortles........At least call him up, have him come to L.A. and see if he's interested.
Here's why.......Bortles is an "investment" where he can develop in to some "HIGH" draft pick. We all know the NFL is a QB needy league. Goff is our QB, no question about that.
Bortles comes in, under McVay he is a very, very solid #2 for us......Sign him cheap....Then, in 2 years he might be able to "Re-Start" his career.....Rams can trade him for at least a 2nd rd draft pick, he's a former starting QB in the NFL. It's an investment.
