Seems like they (Snead and McVay) have been dodging the subject all along beginning in Detroit. They never acknowledged the injury saying his lack of playing time was due to the dictates of the game itself. Many here were misled even though to a casual observer #30 was injured -and yes I consider a flame up of arthritis an injury. I have a lot of respect for these guys so Its hard to understand why they continue to dodge the subject. The business about not knowing what arthritis is-is nonsense. They've been around athletes most of their lives and know as much about its degeneration qualities as anyone. So why ? My call is its because they know how bad it really is and may be looking to do something in the draft or FA and they don't want others to know. But if I"m thinking that so is every one else. None of this makes any sense. Maybe it all comes out in the future -maybe not.
They mentioned pain and inflammation of the knee. They just never mention the cause. For whatever reason they are not going to discuss that.
