Right now Saffold's 11 million average is the 13 highest average salary. Joyner clocks in at 10.5 and #15. However, there are a few big names out there that will likely have higher average salaries than these players. It seems that if the average is in the top 5% and the player plays enough games that leads to a 3rd. Using the Overthecap projections from last year, the lowest projected 3rd round comp had the 125th highest average salary in the league last year (the averages were from Spotrac). Currently Saffold is 119 and Joyner is 130 for next year. Again both players will likely get pushed down a bit so I'd expect Joyner to be near the top of the 4th round comp picks (not top of the 4th, but one of the top picks after the SB winner's pick), and Saffold either one of the last in the 3rd or top of the 4th.
I just checked Overthecap and right now they have Saffold as the highest 4th round compensation and Joyner as the #2 4th round comp.
