I would take Cooks

IMHO Kupp and Woods are more physical, and our #1 is Woods. The loss of Kupp was devastating no matter how much some want to say Reynolds picked up the slack. Losing Kupp weakens two positions because Reynolds is no Woods and Woods is no Kupp, everyone has a role. I believe being able to go to 12 would take care of the risk of any of the 3WR going down with injury.
