some should see bigger roles

I agree they won't promote 3-4 of those guys to starters. But several should see bigger roles. I could definitely see Noteboom starting under several scenarios. Franklin-Myers is a rotational player but one that could go from 300 to 500+ snaps. Kiser could and should take the main ILB backup job (where Wilson and Hager combined for 210 snaps this year).
