I dont think its a question of keeping him in 2019. You do. It is a question of extending him which, had he had a great 2018, they might be getting ready to do. With Peters it is now about whether he earns an extension past 2019. I think as the season went on Wade learned how to use him better and he is obviously better with Talib there. I just dont see a question of bringing him back in 2019. But he has to earn being a Ram in 2020 and beyond. The Rams can franchise him if they like next year, extend him or let him leave and net a comp pick in 2021 for him. They have flexibility.

For me, I personally don't like him much... and ideally he wouldn't be on MY team. But he's a good CB when utilized properly.

I need a better explanation as to WHY he wasn't utilized properly. There is just no credibility in learning how to use him better ummm when there are seasons and season of film on him that I would assume everyone would have been watching before spending a 2 and 4 on a player. Or is that not how its done?
