He literally is the 3rd WR in this offense... the Z and plays almost exclusively out of the slot
Does he become a priority over Woods? If I had to guess right now I would say probably not because he does not do as many things as well. That being said he is absolutley a talented guy and I know a fan favorite. I’m just not sure if he can make a living full-time outside. I think we might find that out should either Cooks and Woods get hurt.
LMU93 - I honestly would like to see the Rams get some more size at WR. So lets say in your scenario Woods walks and they sign Kupp... I do hope that Reynold or Hodges emerge or someone else emerges just to give the Rams a different kind of athleticism that I think they are missing right now

Sure, he's one of the three receivers on the field most of the time. But he's absolutely a starter and honestly before getting hurt was probably one of the top 25 WRs in the league and would have had 1,100+ yards and 10+ TDs this year. To me he and John Johnson will be priorities to extend after 2020. Woods' deal runs out in 2021.
