The Rams did much better in the 2nd half when Goff got to throw on first down.
That just happened too late, but the Rams did have a couple of touchdowns there if plays had been made. In the first half, third downs allowed the Patriots to come with the many pass rushes that Goff and the offensive line couldn't read.
