I was sick to my stomach after that call. The Ram’s defense had been dominate. Brady had thrown an interception. The Cheatriots offense was looking a little shaky. The Ram’s defense was on the attack and about to cause a long third down after blowing up the offense on successive plays. The team had momentum which that call took away. I knew at the time it was a critical call, in my mind a complete game changer. It took the Cheatriots out of a hole and gave them a second chance.

The Rams had opportunities, which if converted could have changed momentum, a sack fumble which unfortunately was recovered by New England, a couple of passes which where knocked away at the last second, the interception in the end zone, are the obvious examples. This was a very close game. A different outcome on any of them could of changed momentum; but in my opinion the call on Roby Coleman was most deflating and if I could change only one thing in the game it would be that call.
