I know he is a classy guy who was showing him respect, but I'd tamper that way down. Bellichek and Brady already (in most cases, deservedly) get all kinds of positive, over the top coverage, we don't need our coach to do the same thing.

I think it was a little like McVay meeting his idol....fanboy stuff.
yeah, I could have done without much of that....it was only a 30 second conversation though, so it wasn't too bad.
I wish they would have got his reaction to the holding call on Sully....that was a brutal call and a crucial moment.
I had a couple non Ram fan friends tell me how bad that call was and how bad it hurt them when talking to me a few days later about the game without me bringing it up.....so it isn't just us Rams fans who were pissed about that call either...imo that wasn't the reason we lost, but it definitely was a game changer.
