The Rams have so many weapons on offense that it is hard to say Higbee is under utilized. He and Everett are talented and have improved and make some big plays but they are not as consistent as Woods or Cooks. Reynolds, Higbee and Everett have all gotten more touches since Kupp went out but Kupp’s targets are spread across 3 people so the increase is not as significant to any individual. All these young guys have stepped up to some degree but none have stood out so much that it would force McVay make them the 3rd pass receiving option in the offense.
It sure would be nice if Higbee or one of the others would emerge as a big time player at a level similar to Kupp, Cooks or Woods.
