I enjoyed reading the last transcript with his remarks
He's completely embraced the voice of Sean McVay, noted the work and diligence of his core OL men, and noted the efforts in blocking by even Josh Reynolds.
He's using the right words; As for moving on from our club? Not my job
Just appreciate what they did in this last game against the Cowboys.
I applauded the Kromer hire the minute they did it. He has always had good lines. BUT the only reason he was even available for the Rams to hire him is because of the problems he has had with off the field stuff. That's why Buffalo even let him go. He is just not on the horizon to be a head coach any time soon. And I am not judging his character...he apparently made some mistakes (don't we all) but learned from them and isn't an issue as a coach or person. But his past episodes take him off the head coach radar. It will be a while until that changes I think.
