I disagree that conflating the last 6 games from Goff into one rating tells the whole story.

Every QB plays against good teams and bad, without having people say "that game doesn't count". Aaron Rogers lost to the Cardinals in Green Bay.
I disagree that his performance against the 9ers was "against 2nd and 3rd stringers". They had a few people out on offense, Goff doesn't play against them.

Receivers may have been open, but the passing lane wasn't. A block was missed, and Goff avoided doing the worst thing you can do down there - throw an int.
