I'm inclined to agree.
The one benefit the twigs on the McVay tree have is that they do have some experience working alongside Sean McVay. However... they don't have his specific background, his personality, his brain, his photographic memory, his character traits, his football smarts, his vision, his energy, his life experiences, his parents, etc. In short... they're not Sean McVay. So... yeah... everybody's looking for the next Sean McVay but they won't find him. They may find someone with some similar qualities, but they'll never find anyone with them all. And it's those things which make Sean... well, that make him Sean! Sorry... but there's only going to be one of those.
