They might want him as an OC but are disguising it as a HC interview.

Mike Sherman (Father In Law) will join him and he might hire Steve Wilks as his DC and I don't think it's a good hire because when he has called plays, it has not been good, but everyone wants a young offensive mind.

It appears you are right. Crazy crazy league. This doesn't seem like an informed hire, but what do I know?
I just hope we can keep Shane Waldron.
