No. You absolutely DO NOT get to full control! Worse thing the Rams did was give him full control and hire all coaching and player personnel, free agency, drafting, etc.
Also, Demoff`s dad Marvin used leverage with Miami to get Fisher a better deal with the Rams. Then Miami manipulated Fisher and the Rams to overpay for Jared Cook.
Biggest red flag for me when Fisher got hired was first giving him that full control and 2nd as soon as he hired Schottenheimer as OC. I knew the offense was doomed from the start!
