A big lead early would sure be nice. Dallas is not built for big comebacks though Prescott has admittedly played really well of late so nothing is a sure thing but certainly it is not the strength of the team.
A nice big lead with lots of possession time on our side would be a good recipe for success.
However I disagree that it is required for us to win. At some point this team will have to find a way to win a game where they are behind in the playoffs. Great playoff teams usually find themselves in a pickle a few times before prevailing. I think the Rams are built to come back if they have to and can be successful doing so. My only concern it that while McVay has a great offense and is a great play caller and usually has a great game plan I feel that he can get better at recognizing what the defense is doing to stop him and making in game adjustments. Now I think McVay is a great coach and a legend in the making but I still think that in game adjustments to the offensive game plan to counter the defense is an area that he can grow in. During the regular season you get a chance to fix things for the next game. In the playoffs you either figure it out quick or you go home.
