Your automatic dismissal of an 80/20 split as random is reckless imo. Its doubtful its random but I only posted 1 year of data so maybe that doesnt hold hold up long term.

Moreover nobody said how much you pay the the QB is THE CAUSE it's the effect it has on the rest of the team that COULD potentially cause issues. That being said a food GM should be able to manage it.
