I saw veteran coordinators do 2 things. One is sit on the Rams deeper routes and basically dare them to throw underneath. I also saw good DLs mount strong pass rushes. The Rams OL is not handling that but you can not handle a good pass rush AND have both heart and physicality. You're just being beat. When thtt happens it's their scheme beating your scheme.
Also on defense they now know how to subtract Donald plus handle everyone else who should be stepping up.
There are flaws in execution, the Rams are pressing, and there are flaws in the gamplans.
It's not "heart and physicality." That's not what I am seeing.
And HH is right. There's still games to play. If they have "collapsed" then they will not win those games. But we will not know THAT till it happens.
