Bears game and Air Raid sirens.

I was so annoyed by the air raid sirens during the Rams/Bears game. It was non stop. I was just listening to my local ESPN radio station and the local TV sports guy here was talking about the sirens. He said they appointed one guy to be be in charge of that and he went a little (a lot in my book) over board. That is so BS if you ask me and should not be allowed ! Thoughts ?
