The reason that I don't particularly care for Rodgers is that he's never appeared to me that he's a team first kind of guy. He's not shy about tearing teammates apart on the sidelines when he feels that they've made a costly mistake. I think the locker room or behind closed doors would be the more appropriate time for those discussions. I also notice that when he's on the bench for any time and a replacement quarterback is in the game, particularly if they are struggling, I don't think that I've ever seen him talking to the backup giving some support or offering his perspective on things. Rather he's always as far away from the guy as possible and often times appeared to me that he takes pleasure in his backup struggling. Not referring to just Greg Jennings here but there have been numerous ex-Packers over the years that have come out critical of Rodgers treatment of his teammates or off the field behavior.
These are just a few examples of my own personal observations of the guy. Is it ok that he rips his teammates on the sidelines? Maybe? Is he obligated to be there to help his backups when they are struggling? No. Does he have to be a nice guy off the field to his teammates? Absolutely not, but for someone that many consider the greatest quarterback of all time, if not the greatest NFL player of all time, I'd expect more from him than. Again, these are just my own personal thoughts on Aaron Rodgers.
