Won't SF adjust by putting another LB on the field? And won't
that hinder the Rams offense?
Granted, Reynolds isn't Kupp. But McVay is all about stressing the D both vertically and horizontally. That's easier to do with 3 WRs on the field, which is why the Rams do that so much. If all they do is run Reynolds deep every down he's going to take ad
efender with him and help create space. (As I'm writing that I thought that's pretty much all they did with Watkins last year - outside the redzone anyway.)
