Stan began this project under the assumption that the Rams would be the only team playing in the stadium. So if the original business model said that this project would be profitable with only one team why does it all of a sudden need two teams to be viable?
The projected cost of the original business model was 2.6 billion. . . that number is now 4.9 billion and climbing.
